The phone interview typically only takes about 15 minutes, but we schedule our applicants in a one-hour window to give our staff time to speak with everyone. Be sure to watch the Position Overview Video and submit an application before your scheduled interview time.

If things go well in your interview, you can expect to work with a group of positive, motivated, and driven individuals who will help you achieve your goals in the job. No prior experience is required, but we do look for individuals with a positive attitude and a great work ethic. Starting pay is $25 base-appt with fast promotions and pay raises for most new team members based on performance.
